My Story

The origins of my makeup journey stems from June 2019, as I taught myself to do my own face for prom. From that point, I have been practicing looks on myself, especially during the 2020 pandemic.

After some encouragement from friends, I began to apply makeup on others in 2021. The work that I did was done for photoshoots, whether branded or not. Granted that I took a hiatus to focus on my college career, I did still practice on friends and family who had events to attend!

After a 3 year hiatus, I was blessed with the opportunity to attend the Makeup Academy of New York City. As a student, I got a glimpse of what the makeup industry looks like. Additionally, I learned and practiced a variety of looks on different skin types and complexions and facial structures. These looks varied from no makeup-makeup and soft glam to bridal and editorial looks.
